She graduated with Doctor of Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences (DDNS) from the University of Lahore in 2019.
She completed her M.Sc. (Hons.) in Human Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad in 2021.
Currently, she is a PhD Scholar in Food & Nutrition at the University of Sargodha, Pakistan, where her research focuses on maternal nutrition and the galactagogue role of Asparagus racemosus.
She is currently serving as Lecturer & Program Coordinator in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, SAHS, CMH Lahore Medical College & IOD.
She has served as Lecturer at The University of Lahore (2022–2025).
She has worked as Lecturer & Department Coordinator at Government College University Faisalabad (Sahiwal Campus) from 2021–2022.
She worked as Clinical Dietitian at Al-Shifa Gynae & General Hospital, Gojra (2019–2021).
She completed her training as Trainee Dietitian at PAF Hospital, Islamabad in 2021 and internships at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Shifa International Hospital, and Allied Hospital Faisalabad.
She has authored and co-authored multiple research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, focusing on maternal and child nutrition, breastfeeding, therapeutic diets, and clinical nutrition.
Her notable publications include articles in Life Science Journal, Journal of Population Therapeutics and Clinical Pharmacology, Diet Factor Journal, LGU Journal of Life Sciences, EJMED, and AJAHS.
She has presented abstracts at national and international conferences including the All Pakistan Nutritionists Convention (APNC), International Food & Nutrition Research Conference (IFNRC), Interdisciplinary Research Conference on One Health (IRCOH), and Pakistan Nutrition & Public Health Conferences (PKNC).
She is an active member of academic quality assurance and curriculum development committees.
She has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in nutrition and dietetics.
She is engaged in lactation clinics, maternal health nutrition programs, and functional food research.
