Experience & Activities
She graduated with a BS in Nutrition Sciences from NUR International University in 2021 and completed her MS in Food, Nutrition & Dietetics from the same institution in 2024.
She has diverse experiences as a Nutritionist, Academician, and Researcher in both clinical and public health settings. Her professional journey includes working as a Clinical Nutritionist at Qadir Ali Hospital, Layyah, a Consultant Nutritionist at Hussain Lakhani International Hospital, Rawalpindi, and as a Nutritionist (Trainee) at Punjab Food Authority (Lahore & Layyah). She has also served as a Visiting Lecturer at Superior College, Layyah, before joining CMH Lahore Medical College & IOD as a Demonstrator.
She has been actively engaged in dietary counseling, therapeutic nutrition management, and public health nutrition campaigns. She also participated in internships and clinical rotations at well-reputed institutions including Children Hospital, FMH, Sheikh Zayed Hospital, and Farooq Hospital, Lahore.

She is an active researcher with publications in peer-reviewed journals and continues to work on lifestyle and metabolic health-related projects. She also contributes as a Brand Ambassador of Nutrify Pakistan and is an active Nutritionist on Marham.pk and other digital health platforms.
Her contributions extend to volunteerism and leadership, serving as Volunteering Coordinator at the NUR Student Leadership Program, participating in community health awareness campaigns, and engaging in academic conferences.
She has been recognized with Certificates of Appreciation by Punjab Food Authority, achieved Silver & Bronze Medals in Kangaroo Mathematics Competition, and was 2nd Runner-Up in a National Speech Competition.
At CMH Lahore Medical College & IOD, she contributes to academic teaching, student mentoring, and curriculum support in the field of Nutrition and Allied Health Sciences.
