Lt Col (R) Nadeem Yar Khan graduated from Army Medical College and has served in both army and private medical institutions, gaining extensive experience in learning and teaching across various hospitals. He holds an MCPS in Family Medicine from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP), an MSc in Medical Administration from Quaid-e-Azam University, a CMT/CILT from the University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore, and a fellowship in Health Professions Education (HPE) from the Health Services Academy (HSA) Islamabad. I successfully completed my one-year house job at CMH LMC, gaining hands-on experience in various clinical departments. In addition to my internship, I have acquired over one year of clinical experience across reputable institutions, including WAPDA Hospital, Teaching Complex, various diagnostic centres, and Ahmad Healthcare, where I further honed my clinical and diagnostic skills. To supplement my practical experience, I actively participated in professional development opportunities, including workshops and conferences organized by CMH LMC (2021) and Children’s Hospital (2022). Sara Sonum is a committed and passionate professional in the field of optometry, with both academic and clinical expertise. She completed her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Lahore in 2021, where she developed a strong foundation in eye health, vision sciences, and patient care. Driven by a keen interest in advanced research and academic growth, she pursued her MPhil in Optometry from the University of Faisalabad, graduating in 2023. After completing her postgraduate studies, Sara began her professional journey at Life Hospital, where she served as a <strong><b>Senior Optometrist and Coordinator</b></strong> from January 2023 to August 2024. During her time there, she was responsible for managing complex clinical cases, supervising junior staff, and coordinating patient care services. Her role required both clinical precision and leadership, which she fulfilled with dedication. In August 2024, she transitioned into academia by joining <strong><b>Superior University</b></strong> as a <strong><b>Lecturer, Entrepreneur Program Coach, and Research Supervisor</b></strong>. In this multifaceted role, she not only taught core optometry courses but also mentored students in entrepreneurship and guided them through their research projects. Dr. Maham Jawad is a highly accomplished registered Dietitian and Critical Care Nutritionist, currently serving as Chief Dietitian at Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Lahore. She graduated with Doctor of Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences (DDNS) from University of Lahore, Pakistan in 2022 with a Medal for Academic Excellence. She completed her M. Phil in Human Nutrition & Dietetics from University of Lahore, Pakistan in 2023 with a Gold Medal Currently, she is a PhD Scholar in Human Nutrition & Dietetics at University of Lahore, Pakistan where her research focuses on Nutrition and Hepatic Health. She is currently serving as a Clinical Dietitian & Critical Care Nutritionist at CMH Lahore (Since 2022 +). She is currently serving as a Geriatric Dietitian & Critical Care Nutritionist at S&VMFC Department CMH Lahore (Since 2022+). She has served as a Project Coordinator with Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO) at University of Lahore, Pakistan (2021-2022) She completed her professional training as a Clinical Dietitian at CMH Lahore (2021-2022). She has also completed Training from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (2021) and internship from University of Lahore Teaching Hospital (UOLTH), Lahore (2020). She has extensive certifications in the field of nutrition from world renowned institutes like Harvard University, Stanford University, Emory University, AESPN and British Nutrition Foundation. She has authored and co-authored multiple research papers in peer-reviewed national journals, focusing on therapeutic diets, chronic disease management and nutraceuticals and functional foods. Her publications include articles in Biomedical Sciences Journal Pakistan and multiple articles are in progress for publications in International Journals. She has participated and won All Pak Case Study and Innovative Idea Competitions 3 year in a row (2017-2019). She has also participated in UN Hult Prize Winning from Local Level till Semi Finals in Malaysia under Food for Change Campaign. She is engaged in nutritional health programs, awareness campaigns and functional food research. She is an active member of American Dietetic Association (ADA)-USA, Pakistan Food & Nutrition Organization PFNO, The Pakistan Society of Food Scientists and Technologists PFSFT, Pakistan Nutritionists and Dieticians Society PNDS and Nutrition Foundation Pakistan NFP. Research Interests include: Nutrition in Chronic Disease Management Clinical Dietetics & Therapeutic Diets Critical Care Nutrition & Integrative Medicine Cancer Support Nutrition Pediatric Nutrition Geriatric Nutrition Functional Foods, Nutraceuticals & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
